This section allows you to reserve accommodation at the conference hotel.
Payment must be settled with the hotel directly upon arrival.
If you do not want to reserve accommodation at the Dolce La Hulpe please leave this section blank.
As a speaker you are entitled to 1 night of free accommodation.
You are responsible for the cost of any extra nights and any additional charges (e.g. early check-in, late check-out, phone calls), which must be settled with the hotel directly upon arrival.
As a board member you are entitled to 2 nights’ free accommodation.
Any special requests? Upgrades, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at extra cost – leave your request here and we will get back to you.

IMPORTANT – If you wish to make amendments to your accommodation choices at the Dolce La Hulpe you must do this no later than Wednesday 27th March 2024, after which the cost becomes non-refundable.
